A generative painting based on abstract expressionism and the action paintings of Jackson Pollock. Several different flow fields are used to create paths which are then painted in one of four different styles (pastel, paint, Pollock, black+gold). Additional features affect the background, path length + angles, level of detail, and mess (drips and splats). NOTES: - Some variations of the Pollock style may appear slightly different between browsers, but will render consistently in the same browser. - On slower devices, it may take some time to being drawing due to the background rendering. - If you get a browser warning that the page is taking a long time, press continue. Add '&size=#' to the end of the live view URL to render a variation of your edition at a resolution from 300 to 5,000 px. The ideal higher resolution is 2,000px.
